From January 2024 to April 2024, I worked as head coach in the Regionalliga Süd (Germany's fourth division). In this role, I planned and managed the entire training week, including the athletic component. A major focus was on video analysis, which included individual, group and team analyses. In addition, I was responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, analysing opponents and individual training. I also developed new rondos, game and passing patterns, and set pieces, and took on the comprehensive preparation and follow-up of all training sessions.

From July 2022 to June 2023, I worked as an assistant coach under head coach Bernd Hollerbach in the Jupiler Pro League. During this time, I also took charge of two matches as head coach. My responsibilities included planning and conducting training sessions, detailed opponent analysis, and responsibility for individual training and set pieces. In addition, I developed new rondos as well as game and passing drills that were integrated into daily training.

From July 2020 to June 2022, I worked in the Jupiler Pro League as an assistant coach under head coaches Alexander Blessin and Yves Vanderhaege. During this time, I also managed five games as head coach. My responsibilities included planning and implementing training sessions, analysing opponents and overseeing individual training. In addition, I developed new rondos, game and passing drills, and set pieces. This was complemented by comprehensive preparation and follow-up for all training sessions.

From June 2012 to June 2020, I worked at the academy of 1. FSV Mainz 05. My main focus there was on promoting talent. My responsibilities included planning and conducting training sessions at the club's own football school and scouting young players for the academy.

The German Football Publishing House 06/2011 – 06/2020. Consulting on the content of our speaker support as an external service provider at the annual International Trainer Congress (ITK) of the German Football Coaches Association (BDFL), the professional association of German professional football coaches. Content control during the production of the video and brochure Content management in the creation of video and brochure documentation for the ITK. Content consulting in the creation of proprietary media for football coaches and fee-based contracts, e.g. for the German Football Association (curricula for coaching licences). From July 2009 to June 2020, I was head of the DFB base. There, I was responsible for scouting and promoting young talent at the DFB bases and managed the preparation, planning and implementation of training sessions. One focus was on the individual development of players and supporting them in their transition to the Fulda regional team. In close cooperation with the selection coaches, I also supervised their entry into the Hesse regional team. In addition, I was involved in coach training at the DFB bases and was responsible for implementing the relevant training content.
